In 37 years as Head Coach of the SMU Women’s Swimming and Diving Team Steve has led his mustangs to 17 conference championships, 15 NCAA top-10 finishes, and over 240 all-America honors. He has also coached 32 athletes to compete in nine difference Olympic Games.
